Shipping policy

Orders are prepared and shipped from the studio within approximately 2 to 4 business days of purchase confirmation.

Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Pieces are individually protected using materials suitable for shipping ceramics.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the package and the damaged item so we can address the issue.
