Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces and our small-batch production, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package by emailing marinasanzceramics@gmail.com. You will need to attach photos of the package and the damaged item so we can assess the situation.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will offer a replacement for the item or a refund, depending on availability.

Minor variations in shape, size, texture, or glaze are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects, but rather part of the unique character of each piece.
