Shipping Information
Orders are prepared and shipped from the studio within 2–4 business days.
Items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each item is individually protected using materials suitable for shipping ceramics.
Return Policies
Due to the handmade nature of our products and our small-batch production, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package by sending an email to marinasanzceramics@gmail.com and including:
- your order number
- photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
Once we have reviewed the case, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.
Important: Minor variations in shape, size, texture, or glaze are inherent to the artisanal process and are not considered defects, but rather part of each piece’s unique character.
Handcrafted production
The pieces are produced in small batches, and each one is individually crafted on the wheel-thorn.
Care Instructions
All pieces are handmade and suitable for everyday use. They are microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe.
However, to better preserve their finish and extend their lifespan, we recommend washing them by hand whenever possible.
Differences
Each piece is handmade and may vary slightly in shape, size, texture, or glaze. These differences are a natural result of the artisanal process and contribute to the unique character of each piece.
No two pieces are exactly alike.
